The Bayliner dealer offered $500 trade on a 20' 90hp center console, plus galvanized trailer, off the $24K price The 16 footer with an 80hp is undoubtedly a lot less, and the Outback should be able to tow it. Still not there, got a couple hundred worth of parts to install first. Who knows, the motor might even turn over with the starter after that crop of electrical gremlins get fixed.

Got the tilt/trim working OK, had to jump the limit switch since the override wire is broke where I can't get to it, got the lower end off (with a 2x4 and hammer, standard advice for stuck merc classic 50s), water pump rebuild starting tomorrow. Took a few hours off to have a tooth pulled and crown impressions made, should have used a door and string and used it for a boat down payment.

36 pounds of plywood and hardwood scheduled to arrive next Monday for the midget cnc router.
