Hello all,

Looking forward to what happens here.  I don't currently own a 3D printer, but hope to someday.  Perhaps I'll glean enough knowledge here to make an intelligent decision about what to look for in one.

I have acquired some (possibly all) of the posts to the old fabric8r.com forums, via public sources.

However, I have no idea what I can actually do with them. I don't currently know if it would even be legal to make them available here.

If anyone has a suggestion about what needs to happen for me to make those available, please let me know in this thread.

The back story: The Fabric8r.com domain name was previously owned by someone else. The old site provided some support forums for Q3DPrinters (formerly QU-BD). I was a member of those forums because I backed the original OneUp printer through kickstarter. I upgraded that to a TwoUp, and I have since acquired another TwoUp.

I have no knowledge of the previous owners. After the old site went offline, I tried to contact the forum owner, and Q3D, and anyone I could think of that might have access to the old forum content. I received zero responses.

After a while, I noticed that the domain name was expiring. I watched and waited. It expired, and I bought it.

I have always thought that the name was memorable enough to use for more than just a support site. So, I set out to serve a broader spectrum of needs and wants with the new Fabric8r.com.

I hope you enjoy the forums. We'll do our best to keep things interesting.
