Old Forum Contents
#1
I have acquired some (possibly all) of the posts to the old fabric8r.com forums, via public sources.

However, I have no idea what I can actually do with them. I don't currently know if it would even be legal to make them available here.

If anyone has a suggestion about what needs to happen for me to make those available, please let me know in this thread.

Thanks!

I think that as long as you don't claim to be the original owner of the posts you're covered. The Internet Archive's wayback machine has several complete copies of the forum from various times, check out how they cover this situation.

Plus, if Qwhatever is defunct then there's no one to complain, and they abandoned the original forum so they didn't consider it to have any value. IANAL, just a moose in a swamp...

Even though I have the posts, they are in html format. I will look into getting them turned into something useful that we can access through the forum. It will probably take a while though.
